At abandoned west Charlotte cemetery, families, veterans are no longer ‘lost history’
Cedar Grove Cemetery is legally abandoned but a group of volunteers has been slowly uncovering the grave sites, including some belonging to veterans. For Memorial Day dozens of individuals gathered at the cemetery to honor the veterans in the cemetery.
